Hey and Assalamualaikum wbt fellas! Okay for today's high tea, I decided to make popiah. I named it express popiah because I just use sausage, cabbage and carrot for the filling seems that I don't have any bean sprouts and yam bean. So here's some of the pictures that I took during preparation. Enjoy!

Actually this is my first time to make popiah but then the result was kinda success. Okay fellas, that's it for today and I'll see u in the next post. Till then, have a great Monday!

275 gm of wheat flour 
220 gm of castor sugar 
150 ml evaporated/fresh milk 
3 teaspoons of baking powder 
1 teaspoon of ovalette

Hi !Assalamualaikum and Happy New Year readers! Have u watch the segment of Puff Making in MasterChef? Ezani has won the challenge in Puff Making. So today I've been inspired by her to try this out. Looks like simple but it's kinda hard though. And of course my cream puff wasn't that nice as hers. Yea, as always!

Yea that's how it looks like. It doesn't look good physically but the taste is awesome. I love the cream pastry damn much. I taste like "kaya" and it also suitable to eat with bread. Okay fellas, that's it for today. See u again in the next post. Bye2 and have a nice day!
