HOMEMADE BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN CHOP

Heyya everybody. It's me Teacher Koko. I'm so sorry for the late update. I've been pouring with lots of works at my school. Being busy with activities here and there, examination, marking papers and finally now I can breathe because it's school holidays everyone! I'm off from all the 'bzness' for 2 weeks. Okay back to the topic, yesterday I managed to make Black Pepper Chicken Chop with my mak. So here I just wanna share the methods on how to do it and some of the pictures that I managed to capture during preparation. Enjoy!

Chicken - Marinated with pepper, salt and sesame oil.

Coleslaw - Chopped white cabbage+carrot, black pepper, salt, sugar, lemon juice, mayonnaise.

Black Pepper Sauce - Life's Black Pepper Sauce, xtra black paper, corn starch.

The taste was absolutely yummeh bebeh! Okay that's all for now. I'll promise to keep update with more recipes during this school break. Okay guys I'll see you in the next post! Bye!

SANGKAYA PUMPKIN

Hey there fellas. Thousand of apologizes for the late update. I was away for 2 months form blogging due to the "bzness' and torn of works at my new school. Now I'm on my one week holiday. And yes the holiday is going to its end. Just a few more days left at home. Okay so for today I managed to make "Sangkaya Pumpkin". This dessert is so popular in Thailand. It is also called "Fak Thong Sang Ka Ya" which means Pumpkin Custard. So here's some of the pictures that I managed to snap and also the recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 small pumpkin

3 eggs

2 cups of coconut milk

4 spoons of sugar

1 spoon of custard flour

Method:

1- Beat the eggs, coconut milk, sugar and custard flour together until it is foamy.

2- Cut the top of the pumpkin, take out all the seeds and clean.

3- Pour the mixture into it and steam for about 20-30mins until its soft.

4- Leave it cool and ready to eat!

EXPRESS POPIAH

Hey and Assalamualaikum wbt fellas! Okay for today's high tea, I decided to make popiah. I named it express popiah because I just use sausage, cabbage and carrot for the filling seems that I don't have any bean sprouts and yam bean. So here's some of the pictures that I took during preparation. Enjoy!

CHIBI MARUKO

3 Eggs - from the refrigerator (grade A)

275 gm of wheat flour

220 gm of castor sugar

150 ml evaporated/fresh milk

3 teaspoons of baking powder

1 teaspoon of ovalette

Hi !Assalamualaikum and Happy New Year readers! Have u watch the segment of Puff Making in MasterChef? Ezani has won the challenge in Puff Making. So today I've been inspired by her to try this out. Looks like simple but it's kinda hard though. And of course my cream puff wasn't that nice as hers. Yea, as always!

Yea that's how it looks like. It doesn't look good physically but the taste is awesome. I love the cream pastry damn much. I taste like "kaya" and it also suitable to eat with bread. Okay fellas, that's it for today. See u again in the next post. Bye2 and have a nice day!

STOCK CARTOON MONSTERS INSPIRED

Assalamualaikum wbt. Oh hi there everybody, it's been a month since I left my blog without any updates. Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry I've been so busy. I just got back from Seoul, Korea last week for magazine photoshoot. Okay cut it short! Let's get back to the story. So, today as I googling, I found this super duper cute lil monster from Shutterstock. So as usual, it gave me idea to try to design this cute lil cartoon monsters on shoes. Yea, it turns out to be awesome!

Yea kinda cute ha? Well it's kinda complicated to color the monsters and yea "PATIENCE" is needed as u need to use small brush to color it. Okay that's all for today. Wait for my pizza update in the next post. Till then, bye2 and have a nice day.

Hey peeps and Assalamualaikum wbt. Have u watched Maxis advertisement in TV? They just used paper cutting and create a cool advertisement. I like the advertisement so much for its simplicity but then it was such a nice advertisement. For sure it won't be that easy to create it. So with ambitiously, I decided to try it too. Haha but it turns out to be a funny ugly advertisement. Checkidaut!

HOMEMADE CHEESY WEDGES

Hey peeps and Assalamualaikum wbt. Okay today I managed to make homemade Cheesy Wedges. Thanx to Sis Arina for the recipe. The taste is absolutely similar with the KFC Cheesy Wedges. So here's some of the pictures that I took during preparation:

This is how the potatoes look like after been marinated with curry powder, egg, black paper, rice flour and a bit of salt.

This is the Cheese Powder that I bought from Sis Arina. If u interested, u can order from her. It's very easy to deal with her. RM15 for 200gm. Just stir the cheese powder with warm water until concentrated.

Tadaa that's how my Homemade Cheesy Wedges look like. The taste is just the same as the KFC Cheesy Wedges. Okay guys, that's it for today and I'll see u in the next post. Bye2 and pleasant viewing.

I browsed to the website called My Resipi and take a look at the ingredients and methods. I've changed the recipe a bit by adding raisins. I tell u, the steps and ingredients are absolutely simple. So here's some of the pics I took during preparation:

SUCCESSFUL 2ND TRIAL

Heyya peeps and Assalamualaikum wbt. Today I took a revenge to make a 2nd trial of Polkadot Apom. And guess what? I'm so double triple happy cause I finally managed to get the exact look of Polkadot Apom. Thanx mak for helping me ^_^

This time I've divided the batter into 3 different parts and I put different colors straight away into the batter. No more color chopping like the previous one.

Aren't u guys think that it looks like a dragon eggs? This time I also changed the filling, Previous apom, I used jam but for today I've changed it by using Kaya.

Okay that's it for today. I feel soo satisfied with my 2nd trial. Like Malay wise saying, "Gagal sekali tak berarti gagal selamanya" Gituuuuu suddenly 'terskema' gitu. Okay guys, see u in the next post. Bye2 and have a nice weekend.

But my polkadot apom not so cantik like Teja's. Teja's polkadot apom look better than mine. But then I'm happy with my first attempt. Maybe my 2nd trial would be better than this. 3 LAYER TEA

Evening peeps and Assalamualaikum wbt. I made 3 layer tea just now. It's three not four or five okay. Okay joke's over. So this three layer tea combines 3 layers: 1st layer is palm sugar (gula melaka), 2nd layer is evaporated milk and the 3rd layer is tea.

Heyya peeps. Assalamualaikum wbt. I browsed this website called The.Art.Town and I was so excited with the handmade cards. All the cards are absolutely awesome. I decided to try out on my own and I've changed a bit of the design. Mine not so cool like the original one. Well, my first attempt always not so good =b. So here's the pictures during preparation:
