HOMEMADE BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN CHOP

Heyya everybody. It's me Teacher Koko. I'm so sorry for the late update. I've been pouring with lots of works at my school. Being busy with activities here and there, examination, marking papers and finally now I can breathe because it's school holidays everyone! I'm off from all the 'bzness' for 2 weeks. Okay back to the topic, yesterday I managed to make Black Pepper Chicken Chop with my mak. So here I just wanna share the methods on how to do it and some of the pictures that I managed to capture during preparation. Enjoy!

Chicken - Marinated with pepper, salt and sesame oil.
Coleslaw - Chopped white cabbage+carrot, black pepper, salt, sugar, lemon juice, mayonnaise.
Black Pepper Sauce - Life's Black Pepper Sauce, xtra black paper, corn starch.







The taste was absolutely yummeh bebeh! Okay that's all for now. I'll promise to keep update with more recipes during this school break. Okay guys I'll see you in the next post! Bye!

SANGKAYA PUMPKIN

Hey there fellas. Thousand of apologizes for the late update. I was away for 2 months form blogging due to the "bzness' and torn of works at my new school. Now I'm on my one week holiday. And yes the holiday is going to its end. Just a few more days left at home. Okay so for today I managed to make "Sangkaya Pumpkin". This dessert is so popular in Thailand. It is also called "Fak Thong Sang Ka Ya" which means Pumpkin Custard. So here's some of the pictures that I managed to snap and also the recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 small pumpkin
3 eggs
2 cups of coconut milk
4 spoons of sugar
1 spoon of custard flour

Method:
1- Beat the eggs, coconut milk, sugar and custard flour together until it is foamy.
2- Cut the top of the pumpkin, take out all the seeds and clean.
3- Pour the mixture into it and steam for about 20-30mins until its soft.
4- Leave it cool and ready to eat!




The taste was really good. For me it is a good combination between pumpkin and custard. Okay peeps, that's all for today and I'll see u guys in the next post. I promise to keep this blog up-to-date. Bye2 and have a nice Friday.

EXPRESS POPIAH

Hey and Assalamualaikum wbt fellas! Okay for today's high tea, I decided to make popiah. I named it express popiah because I just use sausage, cabbage and carrot for the filling seems that I don't have any bean sprouts and yam bean. So here's some of the pictures that I took during preparation. Enjoy!
