Hey peeps and Assalamualaikum wbt. Okay today I managed to make homemade Cheesy Wedges. Thanx to Sis Arina for the recipe. The taste is absolutely similar with the KFC Cheesy Wedges. So here's some of the pictures that I took during preparation:
This is how the potatoes look like after been marinated with curry powder, egg, black paper, rice flour and a bit of salt.
This is the Cheese Powder that I bought from Sis Arina. If u interested, u can order from her. It's very easy to deal with her. RM15 for 200gm. Just stir the cheese powder with warm water until concentrated.
Tadaa that's how my Homemade Cheesy Wedges look like. The taste is just the same as the KFC Cheesy Wedges. Okay guys, that's it for today and I'll see u in the next post. Bye2 and pleasant viewing.
