DURIAN CREPE

Hi and Assalamualaikum everyone. FYI, now I'm already at my hometown enjoying my school holidays. Yeay I'm so excited as I also finished key-in my PBS mark. However, on the 26th until 30th of November, I have to attend a one week course at PLGDP..Sigh~~Okay back to the topic, today I managed to make Durian Crepe aka Pancake Durian. This is actually mt first time of having Durian Crepe. Actually it was a request from my brother who asked me to do it. Okay here some of the pictures that I managed to captured during preparation. Enjoy~

In my opinion, the combination of durian and cream are kinda weird. I personally don't really like this Durian crepe for the first time, but after having it for the second time, okay I'm in love with it. Crepe:

50g Flour 

1tsp Tapioca flour

1 Egg

2tsp Sugar 

2tsp Melted butter 

40ml Fresh milk/evaporated milk

160ml Water

1tsp Vanilla essence

Filling:

Durian pulp

Whipping Cream

Ingredients: 

3 Eggs - from the refrigerator (grade A) 

275 gm of wheat flour 

220 gm of castor sugar 

150 ml evaporated/fresh milk 

3 teaspoons of baking powder 

1 teaspoon of ovalette 

strawberry-blueberry filling 

CREAM PUFF - EZANI MC INSPIRED

Hi !Assalamualaikum and Happy New Year readers! Have u watch the segment of Puff Making in MasterChef? Ezani has won the challenge in Puff Making. So today I've been inspired by her to try this out. Looks like simple but it's kinda hard though. And of course my cream puff wasn't that nice as hers. Yea, as always!

Yea that's how it looks like. It doesn't look good physically but the taste is awesome. I love the cream pastry damn much. I taste like "kaya" and it also suitable to eat with bread. Okay fellas, that's it for today. See u again in the next post. Bye2 and have a nice day!

AZ INSPIRED DOODLING

Hey buddies and Assalamualaikum wbt. Yesterday I browsed this blog called Ain Zulaikha and I was like omaigod, her cartoon doodles are so adorable! Then I decided to draw it on apom to see how it's gonna look like. So here's the result. It's kinda cute. Ain Zulaikha, checkidaut!!

MUFFINS MADNESS

Morning peeps and Assalamualaikum wbt. How's ur day today? For today's breakfast, my mom n I decided to make muffins. I browsed to the website called My Resipi and take a look at the ingredients and methods. I've changed the recipe a bit by adding raisins. I tell u, the steps and ingredients are absolutely simple. So here's some of the pics I took during preparation:
